Sensor Overwatch
Overwatch is the management software installed on each of our sensors. While each sensor is running, overwatch keeps an eye on all the processes and resolves any issues that may arise including hardware, environmental as well as connectivity issues. Overwatch features:

- CPU Temperature and Memory usage

Overall System Health
Our server side software tracks any alerts from Overwatch and analyses the count data for any major count deviations. In the event of an issue, Accu-Count sensors can be remotely accessed to view the feed. Any gaps in data due to power failures etc are automatically filled with estimates.

High Priority SMS Alerts
We know you don’t always sit behind your computer. In the event of a system fault our SMS server will send an automatic notification. These include:
- Alerts when sensors are offline
- Changes or blockages with the area of interest
