We are based in Cape Town, South Africa and specialize in customer counting. We have been in existence for over 25 years, all of our hardware and software is developed in-house. Our first system was installed in 1995, has been upgraded twice and is still functioning perfectly.

Customer counting arises from the fact that value is created through customers and it is impossible to objectively quantify performance or potential without knowing customer numbers.

We have a distribution and support network throughout South Africa and neighboring countries and actively support malls and retailers to generate a return on their investment in customer counting.  We offer systems and processes to generate customer based ratios and use them to objectively identify where opportunities exist to manage sales growth and selling efficiency.
